Cha is a modern wellness tea brand built on simplicity and transparency. We create intentional herbal and tea blends designed to support everyday wellbeing — without exaggeration or mysticism.

Most wellness teas sit at one of two extremes — traditional remedies with little context, or beautifully packaged products with broad promises. Cha sits in between. We publish our full ingredient compositions, choose ingredients for function first, and keep our blends minimal by design.

Start with your intention. If you need clean focus without the jolt, try Focus Flow. If you're looking to wind down or improve your sleep, Moonlit Calm was made for that. For a gentle energy lift with metabolism support, Slender Youth or Everglow are good starting points — both contain a small amount of natural caffeine. If you're sensitive to caffeine or looking for a daily detox ritual, Eternal Spring is completely caffeine-free. When in doubt, begin with the blend that matches the part of your day you most want to improve.

Yes. Our blends are designed for daily use and built around ingredients that are gentle enough for regular consumption. We'd encourage you to find a blend that fits your rhythm and make it part of your routine.

Our blends are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition and have not been evaluated by clinical trials. The ingredients we use have established histories of use in herbal wellness traditions. We encourage you to consult a healthcare professional if you have specific health concerns.

Three of our five blends are completely caffeine-free — Eternal Spring, Focus Flow, and Moonlit Calm — making them suitable for evening consumption. Moonlit Calm in particular is designed to support wind-down and rest. Slender Youth and Everglow contain caffeine and are better suited to daytime use.

For some, yes — and that's exactly how many of our customers use it. Focus Flow and Slender Youth both offer a calm, sustained lift without the spike and crash of coffee. That said, our blends are designed to complement your routine, not necessarily replace it. If you're caffeine-dependent, we'd suggest introducing Cha alongside your existing routine first, then adjusting as you feel the difference.

Our ingredients are sourced from Taiwan, a region with a long and respected tradition in tea cultivation and herbal production. Taiwan's climate and agricultural standards make it one of the most reliable origins for high-quality tea and botanicals. We select ingredients based on their functional quality and consistency — choosing suppliers whose standards align with our commitment to minimal, purposeful blends.

Two of our five blends — Slender Youth and Everglow — contain natural and artificial flavourings to achieve their flavour profiles. This is disclosed in full on each product page. Our remaining three blends contain no added flavourings.

Slender Youth contains Four Season green tea and Everglow contains Ceylon black tea — both of which contain caffeine naturally. Eternal Spring, Focus Flow, and Moonlit Calm are fully caffeine-free. Each product page indicates caffeine status clearly.

Each product page includes specific brewing instructions — water temperature, steep time, and quantity — for that blend. As a general guide, herbal blends brew well at 95°C for 5–7 minutes, while our green tea blend is best at 80°C for 3–4 minutes to avoid bitterness.

Keep your Cha in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong odours. The resealable pouch is designed to maintain freshness — just press out the air and seal it after each use. Avoid storing near heat sources like your stove or kettle.
